Man arrested over taxi robbery case in Fife

A 20-year-old man was arrested due to the attempted robbery of a private hire taxi driver in Fife. This incident was happened on Sunday. This man was arrested and charged with attempted robbery after the taxi driver was targeted in Lansbury Street, Kirkcaldy. The man is due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court.

“This was a frightening experience for the taxi driver who was fortunately not injured” according to police.
